Junior High Camp is for those that have just completed 6th-8th grades*. Camp will be held at Sky Ranch Cave Springs in the northeast corner of Oklahoma. Cave Springs is a beautiful camp featuring excellent food, comfortable dorms, an exciting swimming area, and the longest zipline in the state.

Jr High Campers will experience caring counselors, inspiring worship music and an entertaining speaker with the hearty Biblical message of Jesus. Want a better feel for what camp will be like? Check out the videos below.

Jr High campers will be able to sign up for optional free time activities upon arrival at camp. Not all of these free activities require sign up. The free choices (no extra charge) include:

    • Zip Line* (longest in Oklahoma!) *each camper is scheduled for one free ride

There is also a Sky Ranch Camp Store with snacks, drinks, Sky Ranch apparel, and other items available for purchase.

Recommended Packing List: Bible, pen/pencil, pillow, bed sheets or sleeping bag, toiletries, towels, swimsuit, flashlight, bug repellant, set of clothes and shoes/sandals you can get wet/dirty, fishing equipment if you want to fish in the creek, offering money and spending money. Speaking of spending money, the “Wagon Wheel” camp store will be open daily from 8 am to 8 pm. Don’t bring your life savings, but a few dollars for pop, candy, Sky Ranch t-shirts, etc., might be helpful. Water shoes are highly recommended to swim at the riverfront (which includes the water zipline, blob, slide, kayaking, paddleboard etc) at camp. Your water shoes must be able to stay on your feet as you do those activities and walk around the creek. Flip flops are not considered water shoes, water shoes need to have a back on them.

*Note: the camp grades reflect the grades that a camper has just finished the school year prior to camp.
